Soils & Aggregate Testing

Soils and aggregates, tested to specification

Every earthwork, roadbase, and structural fill project depends on accurate material characterisation. We test classification properties, compaction behaviour, strength, and durability - from Atterberg limits and Mod AASHTO to CBR and stabilised material strength.

Our results are used across SANRAL corridors, municipal road rehabilitation, bulk earthworks, and quarry quality control. Data is reported to SANS method specification and can be submitted for tender documentation, construction sign-off, or dispute resolution.

How It Works

Sample to signed report - typically within 5 to 10 working days depending on method.

01

Submit Sample

Deliver to our Vereeniging lab. Include project reference and required test methods.

02

Method Confirmation

We confirm applicable SANS methods, sample sizes, and turnaround times before testing begins.

03

Testing & Verification

All tests run under SANAS-accredited procedures. Results verified by a technical signatory.

04

Signed Report

PDF report issued with method references, results, and signatory stamp. Suitable for tender and construction submission.
